
This position is part of the exciting and challenging F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program focusing on the US customers. This role: supports USAF, USN & USMC program managers in developing, maturing, and communicating overall strategic plans for fielding F-35s across the DoW; collects and integrates data to support plans and impacts to overall strategies; assists in integration of specific critical milestones across all contract aspects of the F-35 (Development, Production, and Sustainment); develops tools to assist in managing data regarding the fleet status and future plans; communicates with the value stream teams regarding the overall status, issues, and solutions.
The integrator: mines data from the various program products, plans, and integrated master schedules to assess progress to plans and impacts to overall strategies; supports the development of detailed plans for fielding capabilities coming from the Development team that will support users across Customer Programs; supports the week-to-week reporting (preparation and dissemination) and meeting management (preparation, scheduling, and facilitation) of the USAF, USN & USMC program managers.
The integrator facilitates USAF, USN & USMC Integrated Customer Teams; supports 1LM leadership engagements to include other business areas, BD, LMGA, and Field Service teams; supports development of, and communicates critical updates to the applicable program manager; represents the program managers in their or other teammates absence.
This position requires travel less than 25%.
Bachelor or equivalent experience/combined education with 4 years of experience
Experience integrating scheduling plans with project strategies
Experience with Integrated Master Schedules
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams)
Strong communications skills and attention to detail
Background in data management
Experience working with U.S. Military Service(s)
F-35 Experience
CAM Certification
Proven written skills and the demonstrated ability to develop presentations and to conduct briefings
Self-starter capable of running multiple projects with minimal supervision
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
