What You Will Be Doing

As a part of the OS&M project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of project management, serving as a liaison between 1LMX program management, cross-functional teams, and factory leadership. You will support the successful completion of major projects and may function in a technical project management role. May interact with senior personnel and management on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between functions and other Lockheed Martin business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Coordinating daily priorities and executing plans to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments
• Developing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve program goals
• Partnering with 1LMX program management, factory leadership, and other partners to drive operational excellence
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure program success

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in program support, project management, facilities, and/or administration
• Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data to manage and improve program processes
• Ability to create and manage project schedules
• Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a semi-virtual team.

• Lead, budget, and manage the cost/schedule/technical performance.
• Effectively manage project performance (Schedule, Cost and Technical).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate the development of project baselines and track performance against the baseline.
• Candidate must have demonstrated capability to successfully establish business readiness scope, training, and coaching for teams.
• Demonstrates initiative and effective problem-solving skills.
• Risk Management – experienced in risk mitigation and opportunity development. Understands the value of identifying and managing project risks.
• Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively present to program leadership, business leadership and prospective customers.

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00
• Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00
• Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00
• Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00
• Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
