We are looking for a highly proactive and organized Project Manager, Partner Communications & Operations to support Project Chorus, a high-visibility strategic initiative focused on developing joint AI partnership communication plans with a select group of top customers.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, partner operations, and communications You will help drive the execution of joint communication plans across the year, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate timelines, approvals, assets, and activation plans.

The ideal candidate is confident operating in a fast-moving environment, comfortable managing senior stakeholders, and able to bring structure and momentum to complex, high-priority projects. This is a role for someone who combines strong operational discipline with excellent communication instincts and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset. The underlying role profile positions this person as the operational bridge between Google Marketing, partner teams, and strategic customers, ensuring partner approvals, workflows, activations, and communications assets move forward smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution of Project Chorus and keep cross-functional workstreams on track
  • Coordinate joint partner communication plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Act as a key operational point of contact for partners, supporting approval loops for shared assets and communications
  • Manage project trackers, workflows, status updates, and activation calendars across multiple stakeholders
  • Support the development and coordination of communication materials, including social media drafts, messaging inputs, and partner-facing assets
  • Help prepare and manage event-related activations, including briefings, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and on-the-ground readiness where needed
  • Work closely with internal teams, partner managers, communications stakeholders, and agencies to ensure high-quality execution
  • Review and coordinate localized or AI-enhanced content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and product guidelines
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps, and drive solutions independently
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting to support visibility, scalability, and smooth execution across partner waves

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience in project management, partner marketing, communications, operations, or a related role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience supporting external communications, social media content, executive messaging, or partner-facing campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or changing situations
  • A proactive, ownership-led approach with high autonomy and strong follow-through
  • Experience supporting event-heavy projects, activations, or campaign execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Comfort working across cross-functional teams and managing complex approval processes
  • Fluent German is essential
  • Fluent English is essential


Because the role supports partner communications and stakeholder coordination in the DACH market, the candidate should be able to operate confidently in German and English across both written and verbal communication.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, communications, partner programs, or strategic customer initiatives
  • Experience working with high-profile or executive-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with event activation and communications planning
  • Experience working in matrixed, international organizations
  • Comfort using internal systems, shared workflows, and structured project processes

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to execute joint partner communication plans end to end — from stakeholder alignment and approvals to asset readiness, timeline management, and activation support. You will help ensure that Chorus partner stories are delivered with speed, quality, and consistency across all key touchpoints. This matches the role profile’s emphasis on ownership of the partner tracker, event blueprints, social amplification support, approval cycles, and consistent “AI Beacon” narrative execution.

Travel is expected to be minimal and ad hoc, approximately once or twice per quarter, depending on partner and event needs.
