Job Description

WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Project Management Officer (PMO) with relevant experience to join our growing team! In this role, you will support project managers and cross functional teams by ensuring effective project coordination and reporting.

Key responsbilities:

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with PMO standards
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, escalating when needed
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling activities

Requirements

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field

Desired experience and skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in project management coordination or administration

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) is an advantage

Other Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Native or fluent Greek, oral and written
• Initiative, strong sense of accountability and ownership of actions
• Effective time management & prioritization
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Agility, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
