Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) who will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of decentralized energy projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and company standards.
You will play a key role in structuring project processes, improving performance tracking, and supporting project managers in delivering photovoltaic and energy efficiency projects. This role combines coordination, analytical oversight, and process optimization in a fast-growing environment focused on the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
Support the planning and structuring of projects, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities between project managers, engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Ensure alignment of project execution with internal processes and standards.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress, KPIs, budgets, and timelines across the project portfolio.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
Identify deviations and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Process Improvement & Governance
Define, implement, and improve project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ensure standardization of templates, documentation, and workflows.
Support governance processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Budget & Cost Control Support
Assist in budget tracking, cost control, and financial forecasting of projects.
Support project managers in monitoring CAPEX and operational costs.
Analyze financial performance and highlight risks or inefficiencies.
Stakeholder Coordination
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners when needed.
Ensure alignment between local teams and group-level functions.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Develop and manage project templates, reports, and knowledge repositories.
Ensure proper documentation of lessons learned and best practices
