Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the process for defining, justifying, selecting, resourcing, and deploying priority projects. Manage ongoing reporting on the status of the project portfolio. Support and present selected projects to the Regional Management Board (RMB) and the Regional Executive Board (REB).

· Define and coordinate initiatives to foster a project management culture in line with the regional strategy of KLNA and the KLM Group, promoting the systematic implementation of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies in the region, following the defined roadmap.

· Serve as the central point of contact for all matters related to project management tools, techniques, and skills for the region, organizing and delivering training for project managers.

· Lead specifically assigned projects and train project managers.

Qualifications:

a) Education: Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

b) Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the field of operational excellence, project management, program management, production, logistics, or quality management in industrial companies, including responsibility for the management and execution of complex projects.

c) Technical Skills Required for the Position:

· Proficiency in English at a technical conversational level; knowledge of other languages is desirable.

· Strong computer skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, Minitab, ERP).

· Ability to present complex topics in understandable terms.
