We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic PMO (Project Management Office) CEO to join our executive team. The PMO CEO will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project management activities across the company, ensuring successful delivery of projects in line with our strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution
    1. Develop project charters, work plans, and timelines in alignment with CEO directives.
    2. Define key deliverables, resources, and milestones for each initiative.
    3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution is aligned with strategic objectives.
  2. Monitoring & Reporting
    1. Track progress of multiple projects and prepare consolidated status reports for the CEO.
    2. Identify delays, bottlenecks, and implementation risks, and initiate corrective actions.
    3. Maintain dashboards or project trackers to provide visibility to leadership.
  3. Stakeholder Management
    1. Facilitate communication between project teams, division heads, department heads, and the CEO.
    2. Organize and lead regular review meetings to ensure alignment.
    3. Support the preparation of presentations, decision papers, and project updates for internal or board-level discussions.
  4. Problem Solving & Escalation
    1. Act as the first point of problem-solving for operational and execution issues.
    2. Propose solutions or options for issues that require leadership attention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Have experience in handle IT Project and operational project
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in the shipping, logistics, energy, or infrastructure sectors
