As the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement, you will be at the center of how Aritzia brings AI to life.You will play a pivotal role indelivering high-quality, AI-enabled solutions – on time and on budget –shaping how AI accelerates our business—responsibly, thoughtfully, and with purpose.

THE ROLE

As theSenior ProjectManager Project Manager,Enterprise AI Enablement,you will:

• Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvementofenterprise AIprojects that directly contribute to Aritzia’s strategic growth initiatives

• Orchestrate internal and external multi-disciplinary teams and technology resources through critical dependencies and timelines

• Lead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilities

• Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success

• Partner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and change

THEQUALIFICATIONS

TheSenior Project Manager / Project Manager,Enterprise AI Enablement has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills,education,and/orapplicable certificationsthat are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP

• Experience withAIwork in a Retail organization is preferred

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia'sValues andBusiness and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment toquality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at thislevel is$100,000 - $300,000per year Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
