Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful and Future-Oriented

1. Support BIM Managers:

• Work with BIM models using Autodesk Revit and assist in model updates, modifications, and family creation with occasional support 2D drawings work in AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Support BIM coordination activities, clash detection processes, and maintain BIM execution standards.
• Assist in BIM 5D Quantity Take-Off (QTO) and BIM 6D Asset Information Model (AIM).

• Develop working knowledge of Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling, including BIM360 platform integration and workflows.
• Learn BIM execution standards, technical documentation protocols, and model management systems.
• Build competency in AutoCAD or MicroStation for supporting documentation tasks.

• Coordinate with BIM Managers / BIM Coordinators on model development, updates, and clash detection analysis.
• Execute BIM 5D QTO tasks, support BIM 6D AIM development, and maintain model registers.
• Participate in in BIM coordination meeting and maintain BIM execution records.

What you need to make real what matters.

• Undertaking a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in 3D Model and 2D Drawings, BIM Software is an advantage
• Communications: Good oral, written and inter-personal communications skills
