• Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your area of responsibility, delivering superior Project Management experience and driving relentless improvement of customer satisfaction.
• Working with the customer in identifying opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points.
• Overseeing project management activities at the portfolio level through project reviews with the management team and project managers.
• Serving as an escalation point for individual and systemic project management issues and taking an active role in resolving escalated issues.
• Provides coaching and career development planning for subordinates to ensure that they develop capabilities and competencies needed by the project operations.

• You are highly skilled in Project Management and have experience working with automation and electrical solutions in the Oil & Gas and Power & Water sectors.

• Experience with Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas customer especially ADNOC and GCC customers.

• You have over 15 years of experience in the project management field.

• Possess knowledge of ABB Control and Electrical Systems.

• You are passionate about customer collaboration and problem solving, and have good communication skills

• Degree in Engineering with demonstrated expertise in automation systems and/or process applications across the Oil & Gas and Power & Water industries

• You are at ease communicating in English with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

• You hold current certifications in Project Management such as PMP or ABB PM/SPM Certifications.
