US & Canada Transformation Office – Bogota Team Leader
This is an exciting opportunity for a player coach role managing a group of project managers, change managers and business analysts while serving as a program manager. This person will oversee the team’s portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality – all while managing a complex stakeholder group. This person will set the tone for the team, ensure a high level of quality in the teams works, maintain connectivity to the US & C on shore team as well as manage relationships with our business counterparts that we enable. This person will report directly to the US & Canada Transformation Leader.
