As part of our Services business, we are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Project Management Manager to lead the execution of complex energy infrastructure projects in our High Voltage Service Unit in Spain. This role is critical to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and the development of high-performing teams in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
You will report to the Service Unit Manager and will have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders across countries and business units. Your leadership will directly impact the success of projects, especially in complex and strategic initiatives.

This role leads local project execution activities, ensuring that safety, quality, financial, and timeline targets are consistently achieved. Lead and develop the local Project Management team, ensuring strong execution capabilities, clear direction, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee end‑to‑end project execution—planning, scheduling, delivery, financial performance, and HSE compliance—to meet quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.
Drive consistent project portfolio management by applying best practices, lessons learned, and standardized processes across all projects.
Monitor project performance, resolve escalations, and ensure proper closure including handover, documentation, and commercial finalization.
Define execution strategies for cross‑functional teams, managing risks and opportunities while ensuring smooth coordination with procurement, suppliers, and site activities.
Support budgeting and capacity planning, identifying execution gaps and implementing measures to strengthen project delivery.
Act as the primary interface for customers and key internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and leading contract negotiations, claims, and change management actions.
Promote team growth and capability building by ensuring the right structure, skills, training, and development pathways are in place.
Your background
Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or related field, ideally complemented by a master’s degree.
Solid experience in project or operations management within the energy transmission & distribution sector, with strong understanding of electrical infrastructure project complexities. Proven team‑leadership skills, with experience developing talent and managing teams in matrixed, multinational environments.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); French is an advantage.
Strong analytical capability to interpret technical, financial, and commercial data, paired with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑engagement skills.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset with motivation to deepen knowledge of High Voltage technologies, substation systems, and related services.
