About the role
The Project Management Lead is a high-impact leadership role designed for a "PM Guru" who balances strategic organizational design with a "hands-on" approach to execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of all Broadsign projects - spanning internal strategic initiatives, cross-departmental process improvements, and high-stakes external customer deliveries.
As a Lead, you won't just oversee a department; you will define the "Broadsign Way" of project management. You will mentor a talented team, while personally managing critical projects. Your goal is to move the needle from "Excellence as an ideal" to "Excellence as a service" by building predictable, scalable, and efficient delivery frameworks that empower our global teams.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
The new hire must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
