PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team for a 6 months internship. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers within PMO area in the operational management of company projects. This role requires a flexible approach, a strong orientation towards achieving results, and a proactive attitude. you will gain valuable hands-on experience in project management, working closely with experienced professionals to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Work alongside project managers, providing support in coordinating project-related activities, interfacing with key company departments, and drafting/maintaining project documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings with various company stakeholders to define next steps and assign tasks to each department.
  • Assist project managers in monitoring deadlines and preparing reports and dashboards that summarize project progress.
  • Support in updating the project schedule and analyzing the critical path.
  • Continuously monitor project risks (both existing and new), escalating to project managers whenever the acceptance level is not respected.
  • Monitor work progress and identify any deviations from the initial plan and potential bottlenecks.
  • Analyze project costs, identify gaps and deviations, and define actions to be taken.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities in processes and documentation/formats.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Master's degree student in management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Completed or currently pursuing a degree inmaster’s degree in management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and good numerical skills.
  • Digital Attitude and willingness to explore new tools
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Attention to deadlines and good organizational skills.
  • Proactivity and willingness towards gaining ability to read the context and propose improvement opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
  • Good communication skills, curiosity, and teamwork attitude.
  • Fluent English
