
This role is focused on driving large-scale business transformation and process improvement initiatives across commercial and operations functions. It involves partnering with leadership to analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes using structured methodologies such as process mapping, capability analysis, and data-driven assessments.
The position includes evaluating current operations through workshops, interviews, and performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities, cost efficiencies, and alignment with strategic objectives. It also requires conducting root cause analysis, defining business requirements, and developing actionable recommendations supported by clear business cases and ROI.
Additionally, the role supports governance and performance tracking by linking strategic goals to measurable KPIs, while identifying organizational gaps, interdependencies, and inefficiencies. A key aspect is collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring teams, managing risks, and promoting best practices to ensure sustainable improvements and successful transformation outcomes.
