In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering business planning, project governance, and performance monitoring across the branch.

This role will see you apply project governance frameworks and controls, support reporting and assurance activities, provide embedded project control support including milestone tracking, risk and cost management, and manage allocated projects from initiation through to delivery while supporting continuous improvement in project delivery capability and consistency.

You will lead consistent project control practices, governance compliance, and performance visibility improvements in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with competing priorities, tight reporting deadlines, and diverse stakeholder needs.

About you

Your strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills, combined with experience in project governance and performance monitoring formed across government, infrastructure, or project-based environments will see you excel in maintaining data accuracy across projects, meeting tight reporting deadlines, and managing competing stakeholder priorities to bring structured project governance processes to lead to improved project delivery outcomes and informed decision-making.

You’re recognized as a strong problem solver and collaborative professional, skilled at monitoring project performance, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting assurance processes, experienced in project management frameworks, risk and cost management, milestone tracking, and working within complex, matrix team environments.
