Primary Objective:
As a Project Manager you are a member of the Ceiling Plus Project Management team serving our customers and project managers. As a member of the team your primary responsibility is to support our customers and project managers through the successful completion of assigned projects. You will be customer facing and responsible to ensure customer responded to and expectations are met, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Basic Job Requirements

Manage day to day interaction with internal and external customers
Communicate difficult/sensitive information to clients tactfully
Aide in developing lasting relationships with clients that foster new business opportunities
Maintain and update project records
Process design solution orders through project close out
Act as a point of contact for customers and sales representatives
Provide customer and PM support
Assist with organizing and hosting project meetings
Create shippers and submit close out docs for projects
Maintain communication log for ongoing projects
Track project milestones and update project schedules in backlog
Assist with data tracking
Escalate financial concerns/issues to upper management timely
Qualifications:
Must be motivated, highly organized and detail orientated
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize
Must be a team player
Experience:
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
Ability to read construction drawings preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Smartsheet
Candidate must be actively enrolled in school working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or similar program preferred
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
