Putting people first from Victoria, BC to Truro, NS, we embed purpose into every company we work with, prioritizing sustainability, innovation, performance & community.
Our purpose starts with sustainability, and partnering with ClimateSmart to reduce both our carbon footprint & customer costs is just the beginning. Through EV-exclusive fleets & one-of-a-kind recycling programs, we’re on track to be Net-Zero by 2030. We’ve also built public EV charging stations to ensure all Canadians can be a little more green.
To the Pro-Claim Group, innovation is more than just increasing access to the newest restoration technology. We’re also reimagining how we can better train our people, ensuring they’re always in the best position to support our customers.
Through a commitment to data & analytics, we’re able to put our people-first promise to the test. The Pro-Claim Group has developed a proprietary set of KPIs that better support & inform our partners & customers. These KPIs also help us recognize opportunities for growth across our network.
Beyond our vision for the restoration industry, the Pro-Claim Group is also committed to supporting Canada’s communities. We work with homegrown suppliers to support the local economy, while also sponsoring elementary school breakfast programs & partnering with Boys & Girls clubs.
