Provide comprehensive administration management, project management assistance, delivery coordination, and data operations support for teams within the Data, Analytics and AI Services organization. The role enables effective execution across Data Platform Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Product teams by supporting structured planning, execution tracking, governance alignment, financial and resource reporting, and clear stakeholder communication across Core Reference, IBOR, DataHub, and Stamford initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Delivery Coordination
Support planning and execution of Data, Analytics and AI Services initiatives, including platform enablement, engineering delivery, migration activities, and related operational workstreams.
Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, action logs, and decision records across multiple workstreams.
Track delivery status and follow up on open actions to ensure timely progress, transparency, and escalation where required.
Coordinate project activities across Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, business, and vendor stakeholders.
Reporting, Governance, and Stakeholder Communication
Prepare clear and concise status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and presentation packs for technical leadership and management audiences.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, delivery reviews,andcapturemeeting minutes, actions, owners, and due dates.
Maintain structured project documentation, trackers, reference materials, and communication records to support auditability and team continuity.
Administration, Financial, and Resource Management
Maintain and report on project financials, including spend tracking, budget versus actuals, mid-year forecast inputs, and miscellaneous financial items.
Collect and maintain resource data for FTEs and contractors; generate regular reports on new hires, terminations, open positions, and total headcount.
Support team administration activities, including organization chart maintenance, skills inventory tracking, meeting coordination, seat management, internship program support, and FTE/contractor hiring process assistance.
Support onboarding of team members and vendors into project cadence, access processes, documentation standards, and execution routines.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree required.
Experience in project management, delivery coordination, program administration, or team operations, preferably within technology, data, platform, or transformation initiatives.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities and maintain structured documentation.
Familiarity with project tracking, status reporting,and executionbestpractices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise materials for both technical and management audiences.
High attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership of trackers, reports, meeting records, and administrative deliverables.
Experience working in an enterprise or regulated environment preferred.
Financial services, data platform, or engineering delivery background preferred but not required.
