Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Management Analyst to support Scale Management activities within clinical research projects. This role will partner closely with internal teams, vendors, scale authors, and translation providers to coordinate licensing and translation activities, maintain project documentation, manage study trackers, and support the administration of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) used in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end scale licensing and translation activities for Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).
  • Coordinate communications with scale authors, license holders, translation vendors, and external partners.
  • Assist with the procurement, tracking, and management of licensing agreements and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Clinical, Finance, Business Development, and Project Management teams to support scale-related activities.
  • Create and manage internal requests and tickets through company systems.
  • Maintain and update study trackers, databases, and project documentation.
  • File and organize licensed scales, translations, and associated study materials.
  • Support the maintenance of scale source libraries and repositories.
  • Track translation requests, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor invoices and support vendor payment processes related to licensing and translation services.
  • Provide project updates and support stakeholders with information related to scale licensing and translation activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, Psychology, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Preferred

  • Experience in clinical research, clinical trials, CROs, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as GCP and/or GMP.
  • Experience supporting vendor management, contract administration, licensing processes, or study administration.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and maintaining project documentation.
  • Exposure to translation management, localization processes, or multilingual project support is a plus.
