  Coordinate and maintain project plans to ensure all project activities comply with defined requirements, including material readiness, delivery schedules, and cost control.
• 
  Provide direct support to customers throughout project execution, including FAT activities, official correspondence, and other project-related coordination.
• 
  Handle project administration and maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized project documentation.
• 
  Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to approved budgets.
• 
  Support project evaluations, performance reviews, and results measurement to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or another relevant technical discipline.
• 
  Previous experience in project management or project coordination is considered an advantage.
• 
  Good command of English or Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
• 
  Solid understanding of project management principles, ISO standards, and electrical equipment.
• 
  Strong negotiation, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills.
• 
  Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
