Your Role and Responsibilities :

To lead and manage financial service projects from proposal to implementation stages for our clients, serving as a Project Manager within IJDS's Financial Services Department.

Lead and coordinate the progress of internal teams, partner company teams, and offshore development teams as the representative of the Financial Services Department.

Leverage your knowledge of the finance industry and technical expertise to collaborate with IBM while conducting project proposals, negotiations, and adjustments for clients.

As a project estimator, manage client requirements including scope, schedule, and cost, and create and drive project plans based on these requirements.

Plan and manage team efforts for projects ranging from several to around ten members, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Lead project team members from requirement definition through design, development, testing, and ultimately to post-release operations and maintenance.

Balance Quality, Cost, and Delivery throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project success.

Required education

Required technical and professional expertise

・Project Leader or Project Manager experience in the development of core systems or business applications within the finance industry.

・Experience in a series of processes in system development (from requirement definition to design, development, and testing).

・ Communication skills with clients and team members.

Preferred technical and professional experience

PMI/PMP or other project management certifications.

Experience of mainframe system development.

English language skills (reading and writing).
