ABOUT THE POSITION

• Be in charge of PMO activities for Prague, Warsaw and Kyiv studios.
• Writing of production related documentations.
• Creation of Agile, Lean, Waterfall and general production related trainings.
• Presenting trainings and animating production workshops.
• Identifying best practices, processes, and structures for our projects.
• Audit of Game & Art Division projects to spot good practices to share across the company and structural issues to be addressed to improve velocity, efficiency, and productivity.
• Propose improvement and restructuration plans to solve project issues.
• Mentoring of Game Division producers for Agile/Lean & production practices.
• Be a Point of Contact for Production Directors of studios you are involved in to help improve project management practices together.
• Adapt to a wide range of project types in terms of their production stakes.
• Research and explore new production practices to be explored and to be implemented in our productions.
• Collaborate with PMO team to further develop our internal tools and initiatives.

• Project management studies/training/certifications with an emphasis on Agile/Lean practices.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Project Management position in Software Development industry
• Professional experience with production tools like Hansoft, JIRA with an emphasis on JIRA.
• Proficient with Microsoft 360 suite.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean philosophy and frameworks associated with.
• Appetite for structures, processes, and tools.
• Appeal for tracking & risk management.
• Data analytical skills and statistics knowledge.
• Observational and analytical skills.
• Experience with production related problem-solving.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Positivity yet objectivity.
• Ability to defend its positions and negotiate with stakeholders.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile Scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrum and others).
• Technical experiences (like design, art, programming or others).
• Wide video game industry knowledge and awareness.
• Experience in game industry
