Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation activities for project materials and equipment.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics status updates.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites, warehouses, or operational locations.
  • Track shipment movement and provide logistics status reporting.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and transportation challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, shipping regulations, and project requirements.
  • Maintain logistics records, shipping documentation, and inventory tracking reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of logistics or supply chain experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, Marine, or related industries.
  • Experience handling project logistics, freight forwarding, or material coordination.
  • Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs documentation.
  • Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
