As a Project Leader/ Principal in BCG’s Financial Institutions Practice in Santiago, you will lead consulting teams and work closely with senior executives at banks, fintech, and other financial institutions to address their most critical strategic and operational challenges. You will play a key role in structuring complex problems, developing recommendations, and ensuring projects deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.
You will collaborate with colleagues and industry experts across LATAM region and BCG’s global network to help clients navigate disruption, accelerate digital transformation, strengthen risk and regulatory capabilities, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Within the Santiago office, you will collaborate with consultants and experts across Latin America and BCG’s global network, working together to support clients in addressing critical challenges such as digital transformation, risk and regulatory change, operational efficiency, and growth strategy.
