Your Mission:

As a Project Leader in our team, you will be the strategic mind behind Bosch's most critical innovation ventures. You will lead high-stakes projects with direct C-level visibility, designing the commercial strategies, business models, but also driving their execution to turn groundbreaking technology into successful, scalable businesses.

  • As a Project Leader, you drive high-impact strategy projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery and strong alignment with business goals.
  • You act as a trusted advisor on innovation, emerging technologies, sustainability, and other forward-looking business areas.
  • In close collaboration with senior management, you identify opportunities for growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • You perform in-depth analyses, translate insights into clear recommendations, and help turn strategy into measurable results.
  • Last but not least, you mentor and guide junior consultants and foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed university studies in business studies or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (clear must have for the position); proven track record as a project leader for larger projects
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are characterized by your strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels; your exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities round off your profile
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English (both languages are equally required)
