Your tasks

You will actively support the expansion of our growing Business Unit in the ADAS segment. In this role, you will drive the industrialization of new products, optimize manufacturing processes, and introduce innovative technologies in close collaboration with international, cross‑functional teams. You will have a high level of autonomy and real influence on the development of our products and processes.
Your Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to international industrialization, investment, and optimization projects
• Develop, design, and optimize manufacturing concepts and process chains, including cost calculations
• Collaborate closely with Process Engineering, R&D, Program Management, and Purchasing
• Support Design for Manufacturing (DfM) implementation
• Design equipment layouts and optimize material flow and value streams
• Evaluate and select suppliers for industrialization projects
• Prepare technical specifications and support FAT/SAT, production ramp‑up, and handover
• Analyze and continuously improve product and production costs
• Act as interface between industrialization and customer projects
• Support program management activities where required

Your profile

• Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation, or similar
• Min. 5 years of experience in industrial engineering and cost calculation
• Strong knowledge of industrialization concepts and manufacturing optimization
• Project management experience, ideally in automotive or automotive supply industry
• Experience working in international teams

Experience in the automotive supply industry and knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard is an advantage

• Analytical, structured, and hands‑on mindset
• Very good English and Polish skills
• Willingness to travel (~20%)
