About the role:
As Project Leader, you’ll lead cross-functional teams in the development of oven products — from concept to industrialization. You’ll ensure project goals are met in terms of timing, quality, and investment, while fostering collaboration across departments.
What you’ll do:
As Project Leader, you will be responsible for
Manage new product and technology development projects
Drive initiatives in cost reduction, safety, quality, and innovation
Lead project teams and report progress to steering committees
Coordinate testing, pilot series, and production readiness
Apply tools like FMEA, project planning, and quality plans
Ensure alignment with platform and subsystem strategies

Who you are:
Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
2+ years in appliance design or production
Experience in project management and global collaboration
Familiarity with PLM and MS Project; Six Sigma/FMEA certification is a plus
Catia, SIEMENS NX is a plus
Fluent in English and Polish
Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills
Where you’ll be:
This is a full-time position, based at our Electrolux Swidnica Plant It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling as per project needs. Benefits include:
