The Project Lead Pharma CEO Office is a high-impact role reporting to the Chief of Staff of the Roche Pharmaceuticals CEO. In this position, you will support the Pharma CEO, the Pharma Leadership Team, and the Pharma Portfolio Team in shaping key strategic deliverables and completing vital operational duties. This role offers a broad range of development and collaboration opportunities across the entire organization, including Global Product Strategy, Technical Development, Commercial, Finance, Investor Relations, Product Development, and Roche Diagnostics.
Lead and support the preparation of concise engagements and senior management presentations for internal and external audiences, including the Board of Directors.
Synthesize complex insights into briefing documents to support decision-making at the senior executive level.
Support the preparation and execution of key senior leadership events, such as the PMM.
Interact with stakeholders across different units and functions to collect input, obtain buy-in, and build a strong network.
Lead specific projects and initiatives on behalf of the Pharma CEO to support the company’s strategic, financial, and operational performance.
Support the positioning of the Pharma CEO to various internal and external stakeholders.
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and the management of multiple priorities simultaneously.
You hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with an MBA or PhD being desirable, and have at least 5 years of experience in consulting or in-house pharmaceutical strategy.
You possess an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, with familiarity with Roche Pharma’s portfolio and strategy considered a plus.
You demonstrate systematic thinking and excellence in developing fact-based presentations with clear storylines for executive audiences.
You have proven stakeholder management skills, high integrity, and the ability to promote a culture of trust while influencing others.
You are proficient in executive presentation tools and have high proficiency in using AI tools like Gemini or Co-pilot in your workflow.
