Work Setting: Hybrid: 3 days remote with 2 days (Wed & Fri) required to be onsite at the location listed above.

Required:
• Experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments. (10 years)
• Experience leading data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery. (10 years)
• Experience in managing business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects in complex enterprise environments. (10 years)
• Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives; familiarity with standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 is a plus. (10 years)
• Experience with SQL and database technologies to support project planning, estimation, and issue resolution. (10 years)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences. (10 years)
• Proven leadership skills managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex project timelines. (10 years)
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business partners. (10 years)
• Experience defining project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. (10 years)
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and financial status reporting. (10 years)
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet. (10 years)
• Strong documentation skills for project plans, charters, schedules, and lessons learned. (10 years)
• Experience with cloud platforms, data systems, or enterprise applications. (10 years)
• Proactive leadership style with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. (10 years)
Preferred:
• Experience with healthcare or other regulated environments, including compliance, security, and data governance concepts. (8 years)
• PMP, PgMP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or similar project management certification. (8 years)
• Healthcare industry experience. (8 years)
• Experience with information management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture, and enterprise technologies. (8 years)
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills. (8 years)
• Customer-focused communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization. (8 years)
• Proactive leadership style with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. (8 years)
• Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at the program or project level. (3 years)
• TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, or Azure/AWS/GCP certifications (3 years)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead complex technical programs and projects in data, analytics, and cloud environments from inception through delivery
• Drive end-to-end data architecture, modeling, and data warehousing initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy
• Manage business intelligence, big data, and advanced analytics projects in large-scale, regulated enterprise settings
• Support healthcare data initiatives with awareness of standards such as HL7, FHIR, and CCDA
• Leverage SQL and database expertise to inform project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and issue resolution
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders and executive leadership
• Direct cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
