About the Client

An established international PSP with over five years on the market, currently expanding into high-risk card processing. The company is in a strong growth phase and is building a robust payments infrastructure to support its global merchant base.

This role involves leading the end-to-end setup of a high-risk card processing product. You will review the current project status, identify gaps, and manage all operational and delivery aspects — from technical integration to banking relationships and scheme approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, rebuild, and manage the setup of card processing infrastructure

• Coordinate BIN sponsorship, acquirer agreements, and processor selection

• Liaise with legal and compliance teams for scheme registration and onboarding policies

• Oversee relationships with banks, payment partners, and card schemes

• Ensure technical and operational alignment between internal and external stakeholders

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans

• Prepare documentation and reports for board-level updates

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payments, PSP, or acquiring industry

• Proven experience with card processing or acquiring project setup

• Good understanding of scheme requirements and compliance processes

• Strong communication skills — the role involves communication with international clients and partners

• Solid organizational and delivery management skills
