Project Lead, Global Project Management (Temporary Contract for 20 Months)Herbalife GBSC Krakow

About the role:As a Project Lead, Global Project Management, you will coordinate raw material and change management projects supporting New Product Development (NPD) and supply continuity within a regulated environment.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Operations, and external suppliers to drive projects, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.This role is ideal for someone with project management experience and a background in the food, nutraceutical, GMP, or similarly regulated industry.

In this role, you will:

• Lead raw material-related change projects and support NPD initiatives and product revisions.
• Coordinate temporary and permanent change control processes (TDA/ECR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and change justifications.
• Facilitate technical discussions and project meetings.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

Our requirements

Education & experience:

• Degree in Science, Food Technology, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a regulated environment such as food industry, nutraceuticals, GMP, or similar.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Experience in food or nutraceutical industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Technical skills:

• Ability to prepare technical and compliance-related documentation.
• Good understanding of change management and project methodologies.
• Good working knowledge of Agile and Oracle systems.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Soft skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
