Project Lead – ANH Separation Project (Treasury 项目专员- 6 months contractor)
Shanghai, China

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Lead to support the ANH Separation Project. This role will primarily focus on China activities while providing support across the APAC region when required. The successful candidate will drive treasury workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of separation-related treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate treasury workstreams related to the ANH Separation Project.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support treasury workstream ANH business separation activities, including support Project Next treasury tasks, and ANH carve out related activities.
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders across China and APAC.
• Lead or support cross-border cash pool setup, business restructuring activities.
• Provide regular project status updates and drive progress to meeting tight project timeline. Ensure treasury deliverables are completed on time and in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

You bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of treasury experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Hands-on expertise in cash management, liquidity management, banking operations, cross-border cash pooling, and banking structure implementation.
• Project management experience in business integration, carve-out, or separation projects, with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Experience supporting regional treasury activities across APAC and coordinating with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, accountable, collaborative, adaptable, and resilient mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
