Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 5–8 years of experience and hands-on expertise in at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor. The consultant should have a good understanding of HCM business processes and should be able to support configuration, testing, documentation, and business user coordination activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in atleast any of two Oracle HCM Cloud modules : Core HR,ORC,Absence ,Benefit ,Payroll
• Additional knowledge in Talent
• Working knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Understanding of end-to-end HCM processes and cross-module dependencies.
• Experience in configuration, testing, documentation, and production support.
• Ability to work with business users and project teams to support functional delivery.

Good to Have

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Exposure to HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and approval workflows.
• Experience in enhancement or production support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support requirement gathering and documentation for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support engagements.

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Demonstrate functional expertise in at least two Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Support activities across design, configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.
• Work with technical teams for reports, integrations, data migration, workflows, and security-related requirements.
• Support issue analysis, defect resolution, and process improvement discussions.
