Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage the end-to-end, on-ground implementation of government projects, overseeing everything from farmer selection to final installation.

• 
  Meet designated targets for farmer onboarding across all active projects. (sales target)

• 
  Onboard local partners—including NGOs, CSR arms, FPOs, and CRPs—to expand outreach and farmer mobilisation.

• 
  Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring adherence to selection criteria, revenue targets, and installation timelines, all while maintaining the defined Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

• 
  Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, government officials, and community stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

• 
  Maintain accurate field records, track project progress, and provide timely reports and actionable insights to leadership.

  3-5 Years of ecperience in sales or operations
