Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Project Lead
with a
strong background in IT services to manage and deliver technology projects
end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning,
execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while
maintaining quality and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead
  and manage end-to-end IT projects across development, implementation, and
  delivery phases
• 
  Define
  project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with
  stakeholders
• 
  Coordinate
  with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and
  business teams
• 
  Monitor
  project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  proactively
• 
  Ensure
  projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• 
  Act
  as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• 
  Prepare
  and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation
• 
  Manage
  resource allocation, task assignments, and team performance
• 
  Ensure
  adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and
  organizational processes
• 
  Facilitate
  sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings
  (Agile projects)

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s
  degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 
  4+
  years of experience in project coordination or project leadership roles
  within IT services
• 
  Strong
  understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 
  Hands-on
  experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• 
  Proficiency
  in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• 
  Excellent
  communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Ability
  to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• 
  Strong
  problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Prior
  experience handling client-facing projects
• 
  Exposure
  to cloud technologies, enterprise applications, or digital transformation
  projects
• 
  Project
  Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe) are a plus
• 
  Experience
  working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments
