Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Launch Manager to join their team. We're seeking a Project Launch Manager to join our leading German injection molding company! Our dynamic team near Charlotte, NC, needs top talent to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget project completion. You'll be the bridge between our plant in VA, German HQ, and our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project strategy, resource allocation, budget creation, and progress monitoring for successful launches.

• Be the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing project expectations.

• Oversee contracts and deliverables with vendors and suppliers.

• Implement best practices to ensure efficient project execution and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar) (required).

• 3-8 years of project management experience (required).

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Resourceful problem-solver with a "get things done" attitude.

• Prior automotive launch experience (preferred).

• German language skills (highly desired).

• Relocation support and corporate housing options are available. Reports to CEO.
