Job Description

Job Title: Project Key Account Manager
Job Profile
Manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-side clients.
Proactively contact clients to maintain a consistent high level of service whilst identifying further new business opportunities.
Meeting with client face to face or remotely (Skype e.t.c) to provide educate and promote the business.
Maintain the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets, also track and grow ancillary revenue opportunities.
Work with the head of operation and operations team to ensure that service requirements are understood and implement in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day to day commercial performance of each account within portfolio
Regularly liaise with existing clients to identify new opportunities
Progressively manage opportunity pipeline, track and close all possible opportunities to achieve a gross profit result in line with quarterly targets
Ensuring all clients understand the services on offer from the company and other areas of the group
Maintain records using cloud based technologies
Project management of the roll-out of all new contracts and services
Promote the company s one stop shop offer to major projects
Identify major projects in the market
Keep constant relation with key leaders of the telecom and project market
Follow up the project execution up to full commissioning with operation team
Provide regular update to the customers of project execution
Key Requirements
Education / Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Business related field
Minimum 5 years experience as Key account manager
Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Managerial and leadership skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Professionalism and strong work ethics
Positive attitude and energy
Proactive, persuasive and self-confident
Dedicated in delivering the objective and results
