Job Description

Technical Project Manager responsible for coordinating complex, strategic initiatives across multiple technical/service teams, from planning through delivery. The role combines project management, requirements management, systems engineering, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage initiatives, priorities, schedules, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
  • Coordinate requirements decomposition, validation, and traceability.
  • Maintain requirements registers, risk assessments, dependencies, and reference architectures.
  • Track work using Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment.
  • Brief program leadership and customers on status, risks, and progress.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, flowcharts, and monthly/weekly program reviews.
  • Facilitate technical exchanges, kickoff meetings, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Maintain integrated roadmaps and resolve resource/scheduling/prioritization issues.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI + Polygraph
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Technical project management experience, ideally in mission-critical/classified environments
  • Requirements decomposition and systems engineering knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Agile SDLC
  • Hands-on Jira/Confluence experience
  • Experience coordinating customer and contractor teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Agile software development experience
  • Experience with entitlements/access-control programs, such as ICAM
