Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Master’s Degree in Structural/Geotechnical Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent)
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Construction Safety Training (e.g., COSH/BOSH)
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
QA/QC Training
Environmental Management Training
Minimum 8–10 years of civil engineering experience
At least 5 years in transmission line or power infrastructure projects
Experience in dam and hydro-related transmission systems (switchyard, transmission corridor)
Experience in foundation works (pile foundation, mass concrete, soil improvement)
Experience working in remote or mountainous terrain preferred
Knowledge of transmission tower foundation design
Knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE)
Soil mechanics and geotechnical principles
Familiarity with FIDIC contract provisions
Concrete technology & material testing
Experience with drone/site digital monitoring
Interpretation of IFC drawings & survey data
Knowledge of GIS applications
Quantity verification and measurement
Exposure to hydropower project lifecycle
MS Office and reporting tools
Primavera P6 familiarity
