We are looking for a Project Information Systems Engineer to support the successful delivery of the Port Elizabeth Upgrade Project in Elizabeth, New Jersey. In this role, you will establish, govern, and continuously improve the project's connected information environment, ensuring that critical project information is structured, traceable, reliable, and accessible for effective project execution and informed decision-making. This position reports to the Head of Project Controls and works closely with Engineering, Asset Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and external project partners.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and govern the project's Relatics environment, including configuration, workflows, user access, templates, and support.
Maintain and enhance the project information model, ensuring traceability across requirements, scope, work packages, activities, risks, documents, and deliverables.
Lead requirements management, verification, validation, and change-impact traceability processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate information governance activities, stakeholder reviews, data quality improvements, and ownership accountability across project functions.
Develop dashboards, traceability matrices, analytical reports, and project intelligence outputs using Relatics, Power BI, Excel, and other approved systems.
Support integration and alignment of Relatics with Oracle Primavera Cloud, SharePoint, Aconex, Power BI, and project cost and scheduling systems.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve data quality, automate reporting, strengthen visibility, and enhance project-information capabilities.
What we are looking for
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and enhance project outcomes.
Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project information management, systems engineering, project controls systems, requirements management, data governance, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
Experience working within large infrastructure, industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or capital-project environments.
Strong understanding of information management, traceability principles, relational data concepts, and structured project-information environments.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Relatics, Oracle Primavera Cloud/P6, Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent project-information and document-management systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience developing dashboards, data models, and reports using Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and facilitation skills within complex matrix environments.
