Project Information Manager is responsible to support component supply projects within the Gas Services business. This role is critical in ensuring business continuity by maintaining and enhancing project information management capabilities, documentation standards, and data quality across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will serve as the focal point for project documentation governance, reporting, correspondence management, and process improvement initiatives. The role requires a proactive professional capable of working independently, managing complex project information, and mentoring project teams on documentation best practices.

How You'll Make an Impact (Gas Services)

Project Information Management & Governance (70%)

• Manage and control project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure data integrity, version control, accessibility, and compliance of project records.
• Act as the central authority for project information management.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy of project documentation and data.
• Administer the Correspondence Management Tool (CMT) for efficient customer and project communication tracking.
• Enhance and manage Fabasoft configurations and its integration with PMpro.
• Maintain and govern the Master Document List (MDL), ensuring completeness and accuracy of project documentation.

Project Monitoring & Reporting (20%)

• Monitor project documentation performance and status.
• Prepare and present project documentation reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide transparency regarding documentation progress, compliance, and data quality.

Stakeholder Support & Process Improvement (10%)

• Provide training, mentoring, and expert support to project teams.
• Promote best practices in project documentation and information management.
• Lead initiatives to improve documentation processes, tools, and operational efficiency.
• Review and coach team members to strengthen organizational capabilities and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Information Management or Project Documentation Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing project documentation and project data in a complex, international business environment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
