We are looking for you,

Project Information Manager

to join our Information Management team in Finland and work in Neste’s investment projects.

We have a medium sized team of experienced information management professionals. Both this role and the team are crucial for the success of our investment projects and ensuring the execution of Neste’s strategic priorities.

You will work closely with other colleagues in the project management office, project execution teams, engineering and other functions to ensure the successful execution of the investment projects. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, which is about 30 minutes by car from the center of Helsinki. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.

Your role in our team

• Guide EPCM contractors and engineering providers of Information requirements.

• Ensure that projects have the required tools, competencies, resources and practices to fulfill Neste Data and Documentation Requirements

• Lead the collaboration between business and named project ensuring that the information flow and identified best practices are implemented

• Ensure the implementation of document and information management processes in all project phases are done

• Lead project document controllers in project which you are named as responsible person
  

The best combination to succeed in this role:

• Demonstrable experience (>3 years) in information management preferably from technical document management

• Minimum B.Sc from relevant field or similar skills acquired through professional experience

• Demonstrated ability to guide people, enforce standards, and ensure high-quality execution of improvements

• Proven ability to network, collaborate and communicate

• Good command in English, both spoken and written

• Development and safety oriented mindset

Other strengths we value:

• Document management experience from working in a capital projects portfolio preferably in a (petro-chemical) manufacturing environment

• Understanding of working in a multicultural working environment

• As the position will be based in the Finland, Finnish language is considered as an advantage

• Having worked closely with EPC(M) and execution contractors on capital projects will be considered as an advantage
