IT Project & Implementation Manager (Core Applications / Systems )

Our client is an all-Filipino Insurance Company dedicated to wholeheartedly serving Filipinos through insurance solutions for over 60 years.

The Role:

We are looking for a Project and Implementation Manager specializing in Core Applications / Systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Project Implementation from designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating Core Systems and/or Packaged Application Systems projects across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the planning, researching, testing, and implementing new tools and technologies, and lead the migration of old systems to new systems and applications.
• Coordinate project schedules
• Assist with budget and resource planning
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues

Qualifications:

Project & Implementation Manager (Core Systems)

• Has strong experience as a Project and Implementation Manager for a wide range of system implementations including the new core systems to replace NIIS and other centralized existing systems that support the fundamental business operations, and introducing AI, CRM, and ERP, to name a few.
• In-depth experience working with vendors
• People Management handled large teams
• Project Management expert with in-depth experience in implementation
• Assertive, firm, tough, headstrong personality
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management of core systems.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2x-3x a week)

Shift Schedule: Day Shift
