The NHS workforce is broken. We're fixing it. Clinician burnout is at an all-time high. The UK's temporary staffing bill has hit £8 billion. Industrial action among healthcare workers is at a historic scale. The way healthcare organisations manage and schedule their workforce is fundamentally failing - failing clinicians, failing organisations, and failing patients.
We built Lantum because something has to change. Our Connected Scheduling™ platform uses AI to cut through the complexity of healthcare workforce planning - giving clinicians more control over how and when they work, and giving organisations the tools to staff smarter and plan with confidence. Over 50% of UK GP practices and 30% of UK Trusts already rely on us. We've saved the NHS millions and helped thousands of clinicians reclaim their work-lives. But we're just getting started.
We're rebuilding how an entire industry operates - and we're looking for people who want to be part of that. We're a team of 10+ nationalities, 53% female, and 100% bought into the mission.
About the role
We're hiring a Project & Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end rollout of Lantum across NHS Trusts - with adoption as your north star metric. This isn't a role where success means go-live. It means Lantum is genuinely embedded into the day-to-day lives of the clinical and operational teams using it.
You'll manage implementations from mobilisation through to go-live and beyond - mapping stakeholders, establishing steering committees, building Trust champions, delivering training and producing the communications and playbooks that keep everyone aligned. You'll operate confidently from rota coordinators all the way to C-suite, and work in close partnership with a dedicated clinician to ensure every implementation lands with credibility among medical staff.
You'll track and report on adoption across every Trust, proactively removing barriers and feeding insights back to product and delivery teams to sharpen how we land and expand.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering large-scale hospital technology implementations and knows what it takes to get a system truly adopted.

Lantum is a workforce management platform that makes it easier for healthcare providers to mobilise their workforce, and for clinicians to work more flexibly.
Our Connected Scheduling platform gives you a staff bank, rota tool and a clinician network all in one place to improve fill rates, cut admin time, and reduce costs.
We started life as Network Locum in 2012. While working as part of the NHS London Transformation team, Lantum CEO Melissa Morris saw firsthand how inefficiencies in staffing were drastically affecting the quality of care available to patients in the Primary Care system.
Melissa knew that by using technology to break down the barriers between practice managers who need to fill vacant sessions and GPs looking for a more flexible way of working, patients would see an increase in the quality of care they were receiving.
We’re a small, but rapidly growing, team based in the heart of London’s start-up scene. With our innovative tech we’re working with healthcare professionals to lead the way in tackling staffing inefficiencies in our healthcare system.
