Job Title Project Implementation Expert

Contract Duration 6 Months

We are looking for a Project Manager with an implementation background in cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, supply chain, and inventory management. You will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the successful implementation of our Clients new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation system, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and operations, to define project goals, objectives, and requirements. Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.

• Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory management and supply chain requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.

• Resource Allocation: Allocate project resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to maximize efficiency and project success.

• Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivered system meets high standards of performance, security, and reliability.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, report on project status, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

• Change Management: Manage change requests, assess their impact, and ensure that any modifications align with project objectives and requirements.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-implementation evaluations.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Strong experience in project implementation of cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation systems.
• Strong background in supply chain and inventory management.
• Proven experience in successfully managing project teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
