Responsibilities: • Conduct project margin and delivery analytics to identify performance trends and cost optimiza tion opportunities. • Support service line and business leaders with analysis of realization, utilization, and delivery effi ciency metrics. • Partner with the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor post-pricing project performance, ensuring profitability targets are met through effective delivery. • Perform in-depth analysis of project cost drivers, resourcing models, and operational performance to support margin improvement initiatives. • Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights into delivery and margin KPIs. • Utilize SQL and other data tools for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for forecasting, planning, and decision-making processes. • Prepare and present clear, concise analyses and reports that help leadership understand busi ness performance and margin drivers. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of analytical processes across the BT One and U.S. teams. • Work collaboratively with colleagues across geographies, demonstrating strong teamwork, com munication, and accountability. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field; or Master’s degree in Business Administration (optional) • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimi zation; professional services experience preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. • Experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and/or data visualization tools. • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. • Experience with Workday financial systems preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to accuracy and detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and time zones. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environ ment. • Self-motivated individual contributor who takes ownership of deliverables and supports team ob jectives. • Ability to travel as needed.
