Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the India-based BT One PFM team supporting project margin analytics and cost optimization for Tax, Assurance, Managed Services and Consulting Services service lines. • Drive delivery efficiency and margin improvement by identifying cost drivers, utilization trends, and delivery model optimization opportunities. • Partner with PFM Pricing & Margin Analytics Manager and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective de livery execution. • Oversee cost analytics, resourcing models, and project-level reporting to improve profitability and forecasting accuracy. • Leverage BT One team to enhance analytical capacity, improve turnaround time, and drive cost efficiencies. • Collaborate with the data and analytics team to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools tracking delivery performance, margin trends, and key KPIs. • Monitor trends in project delivery, utilization, and realization, providing actionable insights to U.S. and BT One leadership. • Foster close collaboration between U.S and BT One teams to ensure efficient workload distribution and consistent analytical quality. • Manage multiple priorities and timelines across time zones, maintaining accuracy, quality, and pro active communication. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimiza tion, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role. • Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global busi ness units. • Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to connect delivery performance and re source planning to profitability outcomes. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. • Experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and/or data visualization tools. • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. • Experience with Workday financial systems preferred. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and func tions. • Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast paced, global environment. • Ability to travel as needed.
