  • Support subcontractor set-up, procurement processes, and invoice validation
  • Oversee project billing and follow up on accounts receivable and payments

  • Translate project financial data into meaningful insight
  • Build credibility and trust with Project Managers and stakeholders
  • Influence decisions that improve profitability, cash flow and project performance
  • Use sound judgement to identify risks and recommend practical solutions
  • Take a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement

About You
You will bring:

  • Strong experience in Project Finance or similar, with exposure to ERP systems
  • Practical experience using Oracle Fusion ERP highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of project accounting principles and practices
  • Strong Excel capability (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
  • Analytical thinking and sound judgement in financial decision-making
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce, Accounting, Finance or similar) is desirable.
