#YourRole

Your role as a Consultant / Senior Consultant will focus on the successful delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations, demonstrating personal accountability, and keeping performance and quality on track. You will exercise strong communication and relationship-building skills while actively contributing to the priorities and growth of the team and the wider business.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on and lead live transactions, valuation projects and a diverse range of financial advisory assignments across different companies and sectors. You will be expected to take ownership of your professional development, continuously build your expertise, and make an impact by delivering exceptional client service and insights.

During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information
• Compile, analyze and report economic and industry data to help clients make informed decisions
• Develop complex financial models and run valuation analyses using several methods
• Participate in engagements related to structuring, fundraising, modelling and analysis in support of a variety of PF/ PPP and infrastructure projects and joint ventures
• Audit and review complex financial models
• Understand the project lifecycle of PF/ PPP engagements, develop investment proposals, liaise with clients, etc.
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze relevant data using standard tools and data visualizations to help surface insights
• Manage own work against project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
• Comply with quality standards, risk rules, and confidentiality guidelines to deliver results

#WinningRequirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

• University Degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration/ Engineering or Science
• Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration/ Engineering or Science from a prominent University would be considered a strong asset
• Professional Qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) will be considered a strong asset
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Finance/ PPP, Valuations, M&A advisory, Capital Raising, Restructuring, etc., preferably within a major International professional services firm (Big-4 or other) or an investment bank in Greece or abroad, would be considered a strong asset
• Very good knowledge of Financial Modeling in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of PF/ PPP modeling and VBA will be considered a strong asset)
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language and computer literacy
• Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
